Nestled within three acres of private grounds, Knotting Hill Farmhouse is just a short walk from the beach, perfectly positioned in a truly stunning coastal location.

Relax and unwind with a wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, Scandinavian cold plunge pool, and sauna — the ideal balance of restoration and indulgence.

With sweeping views over farmland to the sea, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore Norfolk’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The farmhouse offers spacious communal areas alongside luxurious, all en-suite accommodation, designed for comfort, connection, and calm.

  • We’ve got your weekend retreat covered — from start to finish. All you need to do is show up ready to unwind. We’re taking care of the details so you can focus on relaxing and reconnecting.

  • Hassle-Free Travel: we have arranged a private bus to pick you up from Finsbury Park (exact meeting point and time will be confirmed upon booking) and take you directly to the retreat venue — and back again after the weekend.

    You can choose one of two easy booking options:

    1. Deposit + Return Transport: Secure your spot and reserve your seat on the retreat bus (both ways) with a flat fee of £60 return (WE RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS OPTION FOR A HUSLE FREE TRAVEL)

    2. Deposit Only: Book your place and arrange your own travel to the venue.

    Whichever option you choose, everything else will be taken care of for you — accommodation, meals, and activities all included.

  • Day 2 — Movement & Mindfulness

    Active Yoga Session
    Begin the day with a dynamic yoga practice to awaken your body and energise your mind. Move with intention and flow into the morning with curiosity.

    Breakfast
    A wholesome and nourishing breakfast to refuel and refresh after practice.

    Mobility Workshop
    Explore functional movement and mobility through mindful exercises. Build strength, flexibility, and awareness to support your daily flow.

    Lunch

    Beach Walk
    Reconnect with nature during a mindful walk by the sea. Breathe in the salt air, feel the sand beneath your feet, and let the rhythm of the waves bring calm.

    Free Time — Sauna / Reading / Resting
    Take this time for yourself. Relax in the sauna, curl up with a good book, or simply rest and recharge in stillness.

    Restorative Yoga Practice
    A slow, gentle evening session to release tension and soothe the nervous system. Settle into deep relaxation and inner balance.

    Dinner
    Gather once more for a nourishing meal and warm conversation — closing the day in calm and connection.

  • Day 3 — Integration & Celebration

    Active Yoga Session
    Start the morning with an uplifting flow that brings strength, clarity, and balance. Feel your body open and your energy rise for the final day.

    Breakfast

    Extended Asana Lab
    Deepen your practice with guided exploration into key postures. An informal set up to work on poses, concepts, or techniques you are interested in exploring.

    Lunch

    Free Time — Sauna / Reading / Resting

    Sound Bath & Restore by guest facilitator Aron Jameson
    Sink into stillness as healing sound vibrations guide you into deep relaxation. A meditative journey to integrate body, mind, and spirit.

    Dinner
    A celebratory final meal. Share laughter, gratitude, and connection.

    Retreat Closing — Firepit Gathering
    Gather under the night sky for our closing circle. Reflect, release, and celebrate the shared experience as the retreat comes to a close.

  • Hassle-Free Travel:

    Location: Cley Next the Sea - North Norfolk.

    If you are arriving by car: there is free parking on site. 

    If you are arriving by train: the nearest station is Sheringham. From there to the venue is approx 15 minutes drive, we recommend to share a taxi.

    Coming from London: There is a direct train to Norwich from Liverpool street, then a short train ride to Sheringham. You can also take a train from London to Cambridge and change there. Train journey is around 3 hours.

  • Check-In: From 2 PM on Thursday 19th February
    Check-Out: By 12 PM on Sunday 22nd February

  • For those traveling solo, we will connect you with other retreat guests ahead of time. This way, you can arrange to travel together from London if you prefer. This ensures that solo travelers feel more comfortable and have the opportunity to coordinate travel plans with fellow participants.

  • We will send a suggested packing list closer to the time.

  • Yes, please be sure to note any allergies, intolerances or preferences when booking in the booking form.

  • T&C'S: Deposit: to secure your spot deposit payment should be made first via credit card payment. The remaining payments will be done via bank transfer or payment link. A payment reminder will be sent alongside bank details.

    GUEST CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your attendance to the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before December 30th, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat (excluding the deposit). Cancellations after December 30th are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid. In extreme circumstances, changes or cancellations outside of these terms may be permitted at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made.

    RETREAT CANCELLATION: If the retreat is cancelled in the event of Covid (or similar International Disaster) banning International travel, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding deposit).
