Deposit of £395 when booking + first instalment of £250 by end of December 2025, final £250 before 10th February 2026.
Hassle-Free Travel: we have arranged a private bus to pick you up from Finsbury Park (exact meeting point and time will be confirmed upon booking) and take you directly to the retreat venue — and back again after the weekend.
Deposit + Return Transport: Secure your spot and reserve your seat on the retreat bus (both ways) with a flat fee of £60 return
TT&C'S: Deposit: to secure your spot deposit payment should be made first via credit card payment. The remaining payment will be done via bank transfer or payment link. A payment reminder will be sent alongside bank details.
GUEST CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your attendance to the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non- refundable. If you cancel before December 30th, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat (excluding the deposit). Cancellations after December 30th are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid. In extreme circumstances, changes or cancellations outside of these terms may be permitted at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
RETREAT CANCELLATION: If the retreat is cancelled in the event of Covid (or similar International Disaster) banning International travel, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding deposit).
