T&C'S: Deposit: to secure your spot deposit payment should be made first via credit card payment. The remaining payments will be done via bank transfer or payment link. A payment reminder will be sent alongside bank details.
GUEST CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your attendance to the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before April 30th 2025, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat (excluding the deposit). Cancellations after April 30th 2025 are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid. In extreme circumstances, changes or cancellations outside of these terms may be permitted at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
RETREAT CANCELLATION: If the retreat is cancelled in the event of Covid (or similar International Disaster) banning International travel, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding deposit).
