Spring is a good time to start flourishing again. After the cold winter months, things start to feel lighter. We leave behind months of introspection and darkness, and make space for more yoga, more connection and more time outdoors. Wake up slowly for morning yoga, without having to commute. Gather around the table together for breakfast, and spend the light-filled afternoons however you like: a walk in the woods, the hot tub, a good book, a nap.
Bring nothing but yourself. Rooms, meals and every session are looked after and designed for you to enjoy without having to worry, so the only decision left is whether to take the sauna before or after dinner.
Daily morning yoga sessions blending Modern Yoga, Functional Yoga and Exploratory Movement.
A dedicated mobility workshop to explore how mobility can complement your yoga practice and support your lifestyle.
Evening restorative or Yin practice to soothe your body and calm the nervous system.
Shared meals and community-building activities with a supportive community.
Luxurious accommodation, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge.
Stress-free travel with bus pick-up and drop-off.
Time to rest, recharge and reconnect.
Friday afternoon
Our private bus departs from Finsbury Park. Once we arrive, we settle into the space, unwind from the journey and take a moment to ground ourselves in the peaceful surroundings. We open the weekend gently: we come together to begin the retreat, set intentions and connect with the group. Then comes a first yoga session, a candlelit dinner and an optional night sauna.
Every morning
Practice with me every morning, using my method to create sessions that blend modern yoga, functional yoga and exploratory movement. My mobility workshop will build on your understanding of how your body moves, and you can take what you learn home with you.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Every meal is where a group of strangers turns into a supportive community. All seasonal meals are included, prepared with care by chef Léa de Travy.
The afternoons
A wood-fired hot tub, a sauna, an ice bath and an outdoor cold shower. Hammocks, a record player, a fire in the sitting room. Time to rest, recharge and reconnect, with restorative yoga and Yin practice in the evenings to soothe your body and calm the nervous system.
Cosy time
Pull up a sofa by the wood burner with a board game, a cup of tea and good company. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be, just time to stay cosy and present.
Out in the fresh air
Lace up your shoes for a slow walk through the woods. There is no pace to keep and nowhere to get to, only fresh air, birdsong and the first soft green of spring all around you.
Sunday night
On our last evening we gather around the fire pit to close the retreat together. On Monday there's one more yoga session, one more slow breakfast, and the bus takes you home a little softer than you arrived.
María hosts the weekend and leads the yoga and mobility sessions. Her classes blend modern yoga, functional yoga and exploratory movement, with plenty of time built in to rest.
María has been running retreats for almost four years and has created a warm, supportive community.
