Easter weekend
26–29March 2027
A long weekend of movement, community, rest & joy
Save your early bird placeEarly bird prices run 3 to 13 November.
This is a retreat for letting your shoulders drop. We start each morning with yoga, share meals around one long table, and leave the afternoons open for the hot tub, a good book, a walk through the woods, or a nap.
Bring nothing but yourself. Rooms, meals and every session are taken care of, so the only decision left is whether to take the sauna before or after dinner.
Manor Barn, Colton, Norfolk. Twenty minutes from Norwich and a long way from your inbox.
From the first cup of tea on Friday to the last slow breakfast on Monday.
Friday afternoon
Our private bus rolls out of Finsbury Park and the city gets smaller behind you. By two o'clock you're through the door, finding your room and your slippers. We open the weekend gently, with a first yoga session, a candlelit dinner and a night sauna under the stars.
Every morning, 8:00
Light comes through the garden doors and a gong waits in the corner. Our morning sessions blend modern yoga, functional yoga and exploratory movement. Saturday's mobility workshop shows you how to take what you learn home with you.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Every meal is shared, under oak beams, with linen runners and candles. It's where a group of strangers turns into a supportive community. Sunday's dinner is a chance to dress up, if you feel like it.
The afternoons
A wood-fired hot tub, a sauna, an ice bath and an outdoor cold shower. Hammocks, a record player, a fire in the sitting room. Time to rest, recharge and reconnect, with restorative yoga in the evenings and a sound bath on Sunday to calm the nervous system.
Sunday night
On our last evening we gather around the fire pit to close the retreat together. On Monday there's one more yoga session, one more slow breakfast, and the bus takes you home a little softer than you arrived.
María hosts the weekend and leads the yoga and mobility sessions. Her classes blend modern yoga, functional yoga and exploratory movement, with plenty of time built in to rest.
Come for the morning practice, stay for the long dinners, the sauna and the people you meet around the table.
