A slower, softer retreat experience designed for deep practice, nervous system reset, and true restoration.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from urgency and into spaciousness — a restorative luxury experience created for a small, carefully held group within my community.
Six days of yoga, mobility, restoration, and slow Mediterranean living — set during one of the most beautiful times of the year on the island.
Everything here is designed to soften the edges of modern life — to regulate the nervous system, restore energy, and reconnect you to a steadier, more grounded pace.
This is not about intensity.
This is about depth, presence, and rest.

The Finca is nestled in the heart of Cala Tuent, surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains and the sea. Just a five minute walk away you will reach the crystal clear waters of Cala Tuent with private beach access.
The 38-hectare property stretches from the shoreline through lush orange gardens to the base of the stunning mountains. In this natural beauty lies the historic finca, offering breathtaking views of the landscape.
Fully equipped with an indoor yoga space, charming rooms and sunny terraces, this Mallorcan Finca is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and yourself.

At the Finca two private chefs will provide nourishing meals for us. The day usually begins with light snacks, tea and coffee in the morning.
After the first morning session, the chefs welcome the group back with a nourishing and diverse brunch buffet. Light snacks are served in the afternoon, followed by a wholesome dinner in the evening.
With olive trees, citrus fruits and avocado trees, they include seasonal produce from their own garden whenever possible.

For those traveling solo, we will connect you with other retreat guests ahead of time. This way, you can arrange to travel together from London if you prefer. This ensures that solo travelers feel more comfortable and have the opportunity to coordinate travel plans with fellow participants.

Yes, please be sure to note any allergies, intolerances or preferences when booking in the booking form. Please note retreat food is always vegetarian and vegan, but we work with a Nutritional Therapist to create the menus of the week.

Participants' Cancellation Policy
Deposit: To secure your spot, a non refundable deposit payment of £395. The remaining two payments will be due via bank transfer by 15th May 2026 and by 15th August 2026. Payment reminders with bank details will be sent prior to each due date.
Guest Cancellation:If you need to cancel your attendance at the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before 15th May 2026, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made after 15th May 2026 are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of any and all sums paid. In extreme or unforeseen circumstances, changes or cancellations outside these terms may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.Due to advance commitments for accommodation and other arrangements, exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made.
Spot Exchange Policy: Any transfer or exchange of your retreat spot to another participant can only occur after prior consultation and approval by the organiser to ensure quality and consistency of the retreat experience.
Retreat Cancellation by Organiser: In the rare event of force majeure (e.g., travel restrictions, pandemics) preventing the retreat from taking place, all non-refundable deposits will be converted into store credit valid for the next available retreat. No cash refunds will be issued.
Transfers to the Venue: We will organise group transfers from the nearest airport at set times on arrival day. You may need to wait a short period so we can group people together. If you prefer to make your own way to the venue, you are welcome to do so at your own cost.
Travel Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accident, and loss or theft of belongings. The organiser accepts no liability for losses or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to the retreat. By participating, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit for all retreat activities. The organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in activities for safety reasons.
Behaviour and Conduct: Participants agree to respect retreat staff, fellow participants, and venue property. Any behaviour disrupting the retreat or compromising safety may result in immediate removal without refund. The organiser has sole discretion over such decisions.
Respect for Spaces & Property: Please treat your room and all shared spaces respectfully. If any room, equipment or communal area is damaged, you will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacement.
Liability and Responsibility: By participating in this retreat, participants accept full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing during all retreat activities. They release the organiser from any liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise, except in cases of proven negligence.
Media Consent: Participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the organiser in writing prior to or at the start of the retreat.
Data Privacy: Personal data collected is used solely for retreat management and communication, stored securely, and handled in compliance with data protection laws. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
